In the last year we have succeeded in giving our association a new dimension. We could launch our new company with a capital of 10 Crore and now to be increased to 25 Crores.

In coming year we target to have our own Real Estate Professional Development Institute.
The need is dire we need good professionals. With this institute we should be getting professionals with practical training for our sales, liaison, marketing, supervisions, hr, MIS etc. We have already formed committee to source land and meanwhile we will begin in a ready premise.
Second project we may take up is our own Real Estate Mutual Fund (REMF)This will invest in our members project in transparent manner Blue print is still in making.
Our concept of PBAP VAN (PBAP FOREST) is also likely to takes shape.
There are many more dreams, may be in coming time we will realize.
And now one of the biggest achievements is the state housing policy. The state government has formed task force in light of our presentation at the state convention. The state housing policy has taken up many of our suggestions and coming month is to draw specific rules. All are requested to give their suggestions.
