BAND :
He presented his plans on the BRT Systems, The
Science Technology Park and Exhibition Centre at Moshi, Nasik, along with PCMC
Belt becoming completely WiFi in the complete sense, and that PBAP Members
should avail of this benefit.
Extensive
work on the arterial roads, and sub-arterial roads of the PCMC were already
underway. Presentations by CRISIL, were made to those present,
elaborating upon the future Commercial / Residential Zones Density Populace, to
provide for easy flow of traffic and conveniences of public transport systems,
with the useful deployment of the JNNURM Funds for the city.
He
submitted that PCMC would soon launch their new software, wherein Developers
and Builders could submit their plans on-line, and get the requisite sanctions
within 3 working days.
He
invited active participation from PBAP Members to come and join in the progress
of the areas under the PCMC zone. He appealed to Builders to come forward
and take up BOT projects in these area, like Schools, Parks, etc. He mentioned
that Mr. Atul Goel, from Goel Ganga Group, has already committed to take up the
work of a Garden Park of comprising of 2.5 acres.
Members
of PBAP were then escorted around the AUTO CLUSTER Premises, to apprise
them of the progress undertaken here.
Dr.
Rajendra Jagdale presented a walk-through of the proposed SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY
PARK, at Nasik Phata, wherein Mr. Lalit Jain suggested that this Park
should aesthetically be shown in truest form of technology, presented by way of
architecturally designs, with components used in this field, to enhance the
unique-ness of this project, in order to attain the feel of ‘science and
technolgy’ environment.
PCMC
INTERACTION COMMITTEE :
PBAP
proposed an active interaction with the PCMC, by formulating a PCMC Interaction
Committee, wherein members of the PBAP, along with representatives of
this committee, join hands together in contributing towards the progress of
areas under the PCMC.
The PCMC Interaction Committee, would be headed by the Joint Commissioner, City
Engineer, Executive Engineers, any two members, together with any two member
designates of the PBAP. The Committee would be installed at the PCMC
Commissionerate, at the earliest convenience, with the premier focus of
handling various issues pertaining to the better developments in PCMC zone,
highlighting speedy sanctions, approvals and general workings of the concerned
departments.
The PCMC Interaction Committee could discuss several policy decisions regarding
matters of varied issues, which delay the projects under development in this
zone.
On
behalf of the Promoter Builders Association of Pune, Mr. Lalit Jain, took the
opportunity of extending our heartiest congratulations on the eminent and
meritorious achievement of Mr. Dilip Band, of bringing the PCMC on the coveted
A-Grade position of the Jawaharlal Nehru Nagri Punarnirman Yojana.
